What is Adjusted Weighted MPI?
The Adjusted Weighted Medal Productivity Index (MPI) is a metric we use to recognize and celebrate clubs that excel in earning medals, regardless of their size. It rewards clubs that show high productivity—meaning they win more medals per athlete—while still factoring in their total medal count.
This approach ensures smaller clubs with fewer athletes can compete fairly against larger clubs. It highlights clubs that are not just competing, but competing effectively and efficiently!
Here is the Formula:

Total Medals = Total of all medals weighted by placement:
- Gold 3 points / Medal
- Silver 2 points / Medal
- Bronze 1 point / Medal
